IMPORTANT NOTE: For greater certainty, there is no Monthly Period for the month of April, 2015.

All of the Games that are scheduled to take place on the same day (collectively, the "Daily Games") will become active (collectively, the "Active Daily Games") five (5) days in advance of the applicable day such Daily Games are scheduled to take place and will become inactive one (1) hour before the scheduled start of the earliest Game from among such Daily Games (each, a "Selection Deadline").

The period of time during which a group of Daily Games are Active Daily Games may be referred to as such Daily Games' "Selection Window". During the Selection Window for each group of Daily Games, visit the Website and follow the on-screen instructions to select a team that you think will win (which can be in regular time, overtime or in a shootout) for one (1), and only one (1), of the applicable Daily Games (each, a "Selection"). You may change your Selection as many times as you would like while such Daily Games are Active Daily Games; however, after the applicable Selection Deadline, you can no longer change your Selection for such Daily Games.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a limit of one (1) Selection per Registration per day.

If you make a correct Selection (as determined by the Administrator at its sole and absolute discretion on the basis of its official records and the official hockey league results), you will be credited with a "Win". If you make an incorrect Selection (as determined by the Administrator at its sole and absolute discretion on the basis of its official records and the official hockey league results), you will be credited with a "Loss". If you do not make a Selection prior to the applicable Selection Deadline (as determined by the Administrator at its sole and absolute discretion on the basis of its official records), you will be credited with a "Loss".

Each Win/Loss will be allocated to the Pool Period based on the day the applicable Daily Games were scheduled to take place, subject to Rule 4.

Each entrant is solely responsible for complying with any and all posted guidelines and instructions provided on the Website.

4. GAME DELAYS/CANCELLATIONS/POSTPONMENTS/ETC.
If a Game is: (a) postponed, cancelled, delayed, suspended or otherwise rescheduled, and is not completed by 7:00 a.m. ET on the day immediately following the originally scheduled date for such Game (as determined by the Administrator at its sole and absolute discretion on the basis of its official records and the official hockey league results); (b) considered incomplete for any reason by 7:00 a.m. ET on the day immediately following the originally scheduled date for such Game (as determined by the Administrator at its sole and absolute discretion on the basis of its official records and the official hockey league results); or (c) started earlier than the Selection Deadline for such Game (as determined by the Administrator at its sole and absolute discretion on the basis of its official records and the official hockey league results); the Contest Parties reserve the right (in their sole and absolute discretion) to deem such Game a "Push" and, in the event a Game is deemed a Push: (i) such Game will not be considered a Win or a Loss (for greater certainty, any ongoing streak of Wins will not be affected by such Game); and (ii) the Administrator will post a notice on the Website indicating such Game has been deemed a Push.

In the event a Game is postponed, cancelled, delayed, suspended or otherwise rescheduled, the Contest Providers reserve the right (in their sole and absolute discretion) to adjust such Game's scheduled start time. The scheduled start time for each Game as posted on the Make a Pick Page is the official scheduled start time for the purposes of this Contest.

The Released Parties will not be responsible in the event a Game is postponed, cancelled, delayed, suspended or otherwise rescheduled and each entrant hereby releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in the event a Game is postponed, cancelled, delayed, suspended or otherwise rescheduled for any reason whatsoever.

5. UNOFFICIAL RESULTS
Leader board postings will be done on a daily basis (each, an "Unofficial Results Date") and will become official seven (7) days after such posting. In the event an entrant believes there is a discrepancy respecting a result posted with respect to his/her Selection(s), such entrant must notify the Administrator using the Feedback Form located in the Help section of the Website within seven (7) days after the applicable Unofficial Results Date, failing which, such entrant will have no further opportunity to contest a posted result.

The total number of Prizes available to be won will decrease as Prizes are claimed in accordance with these Rules throughout the Contest.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and for greater certainty, all expenses and costs not specifically described as included in a Prize will be the sole responsibility of the applicable Prize winner. Each Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and Contest Providers make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind expressed or implied, (including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) with respect to the Prizes. 7. WINNER SELECTION
For greater certainty, each Registration will be considered separately for the purposes of the following winner selections (i.e. if an entrant has multiple Registrations in compliance with these Rules, such Registrations will be considered separately and any associated Wins will not be consolidated for the purposes of the following winner selections).

Million Dollar Prize: Within one (1) week of the end of the Pool Period, the Sponsor will analyze all eligible Wins credited to each entrant in accordance with these Rules (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) and in the event that an entrant has a streak of forty-five (45) or more uninterrupted consecutive Wins (without any Loss in between such Wins) in the course of the Pool Period, as determined by the Sponsor in it sole and absolute discretion on the basis of the Administrator's official records (collectively, a "Million Dollar Prize Streak"), such entrant will be deemed the potential Million Dollar Prize winner, subject to compliance with these Rules (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). However, despite the foregoing, in the event two (2) or more entrants each have a Million Dollar Prize Streak (as determined by the Sponsor in it sole and absolute discretion on the basis of the Administrator's official records), the Million Dollar Prize shall be split equally among such entrants, subject to compliance with these Rules (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). For example, if four (4) entrants each have a Million Dollar Prize Streak (as determined by the Sponsor in it sole and absolute discretion on the basis of the Administrator's official records), the Million Dollar Prize shall be split equally among such entrants such that each such entrant will be eligible to receive $250,000 CAD, subject to compliance with these Rules (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). The odds of winning the Million Dollar Prize (if awarded) will depend on the number of entrants that enter the Contest and the number of Million Dollar Prize Streaks (if any) credited to such entrants.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For greater certainty and the avoidance of doubt, in the event no entrant obtains a Million Dollar Prize Streak (as determined by the Sponsor in it sole and absolute discretion on the basis of the Administrator's official records), the Million Dollar Prize will not be awarded.

The Longest Streak Prize: Within one (1) week of the end of Pool Period, the Sponsor will analyze all eligible Wins credited to each entrant in accordance with these Rules (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) and the entrant that has the longest streak of uninterrupted consecutive Wins (without any Loss in between such Wins) in the course of the Pool Period that is less than forty-five (45) uninterrupted consecutive Wins, as determined by the Sponsor in it sole and absolute discretion on the basis of the Administrator's official records (the "Longest Streak Prize Streak"), will be deemed the potential Longest Streak Prize winner, subject to compliance with these Rules (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). However, despite the foregoing, in the event two (2) or more entrants are tied for the Longest Streak Prize Streak, the Sponsor will perform a random draw from among such entrants and the first selected entrant will be deemed the potential Longest Streak Prize winner, subject to compliance with these Rules (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). The odds of winning the Longest Streak Prize will depend on the number of entrants that enter the Contest and the number of Longest Streak Prize Streaks credited to such entrants.
